Windows 2008 R2 backup exec and failure occurred accessing the Writer metadata - Workaround

Backup Exec 12.5 + 2008 R2. System state backup error. Workaround until symantec fixes BE is to assign a drive letter to the 100 MB partition that 2008 created during install. In some cases one must redirect the shadow copy to another volume.
